EGSE-related conditions:
1. Failure of ASIST for commanding or FEDS for telemetry.
2. Failure of an EGSE machine.

Flight hardware-related conditions:
1. Failure of an instrument to spacecraft HSB link.
2. Failure of A-side subsystem (ie PSE).
3. Spacecraft safehold with the instrument still powered.
4. Load shed conditions that result in powering off the instrument.
5. Spacecraft time update > 50 ms.
6. Camera frames dropped due to telemetry over-subscription.
7. CIF voting logic errors indicate a possible SEFI corruption.
8. Camera header error flag is persistent.
9. Camera gain/offset reset to "0" values.
10. Controlled load shed turning off CEB and ISS relays but not AEB
11. Failure of Survival Heaters
12. Failure of Decontamination Heaters
